and husband, Don, are pleased to announce the arrival of Hailey Noelle Carroll, born November 3, 2009 in Boise, Idaho. Georgetta writes "proud big sister Ellie, has been very helpful (most the time). We are all schedule to leave after Christmas to return to Finland, where we will be living for the next three years."
