passed away Thursday, July 3, 2008 at the age of 83.
Anderson served in the Navy as a C3 radioman aboard the USS Detriot during World War II.
After Northwest Christian College, Anderson earned a master's degree from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis. He served as pastor at churches in Pleasant Hill, Hood River, Dallas, Ore., Raleigh, Ind., Merced, Calif., and Garden Grove, Calif.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Gibson Anderson '55, three daughters, seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
