Contact information is considered confidential information and is used for official university business only. Official university business includes, but is not limited to, event invitations, general communication materials such as The Bulletin, e-communications, solicitation mailings, and institutional surveys.
The association/office of alumni relations will share personally identifiable information (such as name, class year, address, phone number, and/or e-mail address) to alumni and friends volunteering in an official capacity of Northwest Christian University. Such volunteers include NCU Board of Trustees, class reunion representatives, and alumni association board of directors.
From time to time, the association/office of alumni relations will receive requests for contact information from fellow alumni, graduates, and former faculty/staff.
